Our proprietary research is designed to answer two questions. How do you measure Best-in-Class business growth performance and how do you achieve it?
Our research approach is unique. We don't survey companies to see what they are thinking about or what they plan to do. We're not interested in group think or popularity contests.
We survey companies to measure their business performance in the categories of strategies, processes and technologies. Based on these results we rank them into performance archetypes. We then identify what the Best-in-Class archetype does differently than all other lower performing companies. And we publish the findings so others can replicate their results.
Our work is published online, syndicated on third party websites, printed in longitudinal reports, and shared at conferences and events.

Anybody's recommendations without supporting data are just somebody's opinion. Johnny Grow practitioners have held CEO and other senior executive roles and have an average of just over 26 years' experience. Our consulting services are delivered by these practitioners. We don't follow the industry norm whereby consulting services are delivered using a pyramid-based staffing model of one senior executive coupled with many inexperienced staff who are learning on the job. Instead of elusive executives, the most experienced staff are your daily delivery resources.
